Hi! I'm Aaron Wright...
With over 13 years of experience in personal training, I specialise in helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a sustainable way.
I graduated in Advanced Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition Programming, and Anatomy & Physiology back in 2012.
Since then, I've coached people in London’s top health clubs and have since built my own business, where I coach individuals 1-on-1 and online to enhance their fitness and physique—without resorting to extreme diets.
I am now based in Newcastle, working from the Gym Group Gosforth High Street and Jesmond Pool Gym.
