What I Do

I spent over 2 years studying strength and conditioning, just so I could help people perform at a high level and become stronger, fitter and agile.

Since then, I've coached boxers and footballers, through to runners and cyclists. I continuously educate and improve so you get the expert coaching service  you need to help you perform your best.  I am now a lead coach for strength and conditioning in Newcastle.
